Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Data Analyst to support data integration and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data mapping, business logic validation, and cross-platform reconciliation,
ensuring accurate and consistent data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping for data migration and
integration projects.

Validate business logic and transformation rules applied during ETL processes.

Conduct cross-platform data reconciliation to ensure data integrity
between legacy and target systems.

Document data flows, mapping specifications, and transformation logic in detail.

Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update data dictionaries, metadata, and mapping
documentation for governance and compliance.

Required Skills
Strong experience in data analysis, data profiling, and data quality checks.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data across multiple platforms.

Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica,
DataStage) and data mapping utilities.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and
metadata management.

Excellent documentation skills and ability to create clear mapping
specifications.

Knowledge of banking/financial domain (preferred but not mandatory).
