Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 3-5 years of substantive experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and/or private credit lenders in connection with leveraged finance transactions(link removed)>
• Deal Experience: Demonstrated expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating term and revolving credit facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth(link removed)>
• Documentation: Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements, and collateral documents(link removed)>
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm preferred(link removed)>
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; experience managing complex workstreams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
