Our client, a large Commercial Construction subcontractor of flooring, insulation and fireproofing products is actively looking for an experienced Sales / Project Manager. This is a salaried position that offers competitive pay, amazing benefit package, and a great atmosphere. The candidate will concentrate on the company's UNION flooring business.
Objectives:
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements - Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects including labor - Assist in the management of the operational capabilities - Drive performance so that each project is completed under budget and on schedule
-Perform take offs, generate proposals, and secure work.
-Develop and enforce best practices to endure operational efficiency
-Work directly with Vice President to set goals for revenue and productivity
-Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Desired Skills:
- Gypcrete, Insulation, Fireproofing industry knowledge a plus - Commercial estimating experience - considering both Junior/Senior levels - Ability to read, interpret and accurately take-off constructions drawings. - Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications, and negotiations
-College Degree preferred but not required.
