Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will engage in daily tasks such as identifying client insurance needs, advising on appropriate coverage options, and managing insurance policies. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and actively driving sales to meet individual and company targets. You will also provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage

• Strong background in Insurance and Finance-related processes

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients

• Active state insurance license is required

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Experience using insurance management software is a plus
