Title: Hybrid Customer Care Representative

Pay Rate: $19.28/hr

Employment Type: Contract - 6 months

Schedule: Monday Friday 7am - 4pm - Onsite on Wednesdays

Tekberry is looking for a Hybrid Customer Care Representative to work with our client, a top-tier global automotive company. As a Tekberry W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision.

Job Summary:

This will be an outbound call center position. Employees with be calling and emailing clients to give them updates on their orders. Employees will work from a set list of orders that are priority and work to contact and update the client as to the status of their order. Employees will utilize internal systems to track and notate their work and who they have updated. (link removed)>

Responsibilities

  • Interacts by phone, email, or fax with vendors nationwide to request valid insurance certificates
  • Request renewal insurance certificates from vendors with expired certificates
  • Provide vendors with information in response to inquiries and issues
  • Maintain certificates in an electronic file to meet vendor insurance compliance requirement
  • Enter data and prepare reports as needed
  • Assist with overflow calls for the company
  • Assist during peak times with Roadside follow up calls
  • Handles specific special duties assigned per assigned accounts
  • Assist other department staff members with information for the vendors
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Must have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience working as a Vendor Relations clerk with performance at a commendable level. Working knowledge of commercial insurance, preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
