EMERGE GROW OVERCOME is seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of company information. Your contributions will directly support departmental operations and enable effective, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data from multiple sources into company systems and databases

• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors as needed

• Organize, classify, and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval

• Adhere strictly to data confidentiality, privacy, and security protocols

• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and preservation

• Identify, document, and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies for resolution

• Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks as required

Minimum Requirements:

• 14 years of proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
