Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Captain (BHM/DHM) for a full-time, junior-level position located in Hyderabad. This role requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience.   • Qualifications and SkillsProficient in menu knowledge to confidently advise guests and enhance their dining experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional guest service skills to ensure total guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding and practice of food safety protocols to maintain health standards and ensure compliance with regulations (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to efficiently take orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity to enhance the dining experience and streamline kitchen operations.
  • Skilled in table setting, ensuring all preparation meets the standards necessary to deliver a memorable dining encounter.
  • Leadership abilities to guide team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members while maintaining an approachable presence.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve any issues that may arise during service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or service standards.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily operations of the dining area to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to enhance teamwork and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining and serving areas.
  • Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized service to meet their expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback, addressing issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct briefings with service staff to communicate any special instructions or menu changes.
  • Train new staff members in service techniques, menu knowledge, and company protocols to maintain service excellence.
