The Role

Within the Tech, Data, Digital and Innovation team, the SuccessFactors Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors program implementations across multiple modules and engaging clients to gather requirements.

Your responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors program implementations across multiple modules.

Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive strategic solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

Provide expert guidance, risk management, and best practice recommendations throughout project lifecycle.

Coordinate cross-functional project teams and oversee implementation timelines.

Monitor program performance and share status updates with all key stakeholders

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.

10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Program Manager.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive SuccessFactors system designs.

Integrate SuccessFactors modules (LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM) and ensure seamless connectivity with other HR and enterprise systems.

Hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors interfaces, including Employee Central and Talent modules and third-party applications.

Understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

Fluent in English; Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Employee Central)
