INEO Systrans USA, Inc. has one opening available for the position of Systems Manager with the following qualifications:

Requires U.S. Master or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Also requires two years of experience as a Systems Engineer leading, planning and coordinating the design, development, integration and validation of systems solutions for the mass transit industry. Experience must include managing teams on the entire lifecycle of software components including design, development, functional testing and implementations and managing the integration of CAD/AVL systems hardware and software elements to ensure proper configuration and seamless integration during deployment phases.

Job duties for the position include:

Lead cross-functional software engineer teams in the strategic planning, development, deployment, integration and validation of CAD/AVL systems solutions for mass transit industry. Direct all technical and operational activities of multiple project including budgeting, resource allocation, milestone tracking and risk management to ensure timely and successful system implementation. Oversee the creation and performance of acceptance tests, post-deployment performance monitoring and ongoing optimization for proper operation of deployed systems. Define project scope and ensure system development aligns with business goals, regulatory standards and customer requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact with customers, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical and strategic challenges and ensure alignment between technological initiatives and business objectives. Supervise the integration, validation and deployment phases of factory and site acceptance with clients for projects. Oversee software engineer teams on the installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing mainstream of infrastructure and systems. Guide the development of project roadmaps, timelines, and strategic staffing plans for complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives. Manage the integration of CAD/AVL systems hardware and software elements and ensure proper configuration and seamless integration during deployment phases. Monitor the entire lifecycle of the software components from requirements gathering and design to development, functional testing and delivery to ensure it meets customers specifications and industry standards. Supervise team of software engineers to define project scope, provide time estimates, identify resources needed, prioritize features, allocate tasks and ensure quality of the product. Manage weekly and bi-monthly conference calls and other required meetings to ensure customers and project team specifications align. Create and deliver comprehensive design documentation including As-Built documentations. Provide ongoing support to clients during the Validation Summary Report (VSR) period reviewing test results, identifying deviations and ensure satisfactory resolutions to meet customers needs. Stay abreast of advances in CAD/AVL systems.
