Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPC/LCSW)

Salary: $115,000$120,000 annually
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Position Summary

As a virtual therapist, you will support clients through scheduled telehealth sessions focused on mental health stability, coping strategies, and long-term wellness. This role offers predictable hours and a steady caseload, allowing you to focus on quality care rather than volume.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals
• Maintain compliance with clinical and ethical standards
• Document sessions and treatment outcomes
• Communicate effectively with clinical leadership

Requirements

• Licensed in Virginia as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Masters degree from an accredited program
• At least one year of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Reliable internet and private workspace
