Job Summary

This position centers on delivering reliable mental health services through teletherapy. You will work with clients across a range of concerns, offering clarity, structure, and professional guidance in each session. The role emphasizes continuity of care and realistic treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Track clinical outcomes and progress notes
• Follow state and federal compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Requirements

• Virginia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Graduate degree in mental health counseling or social work
• Experience with adult mental health treatment
• Ability to manage time and caseload independently
• Proficiency with electronic health records
