Family Practice Physician

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $320,000$330,000 per year
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Summary

This position is ideal for a physician who values steady schedules and meaningful patient relationships. Youll deliver front-line medical care, monitor long-term health trends, and help patients make informed decisions about their well-being. The focus is efficient, organized outpatient medicine without overnight or weekend demands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through routine exams and problem-focused visits
• Treat acute illnesses and manage chronic disease plans
• Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with care teams and outside providers
• Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• DEA certification
• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred
