We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and mentor functional analysts and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality requirements management, smooth Agile delivery, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of functional analysts

Ensure quality, consistency, and structure of documentation across projects

Guide cross-functional teams on Agile best practices

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and

retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects

Strong experience supervising documentation and deliverables

Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews
