Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPC/LCSW)

Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000$120,000 per year
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Summary

This position is for a licensed clinician who wants to spend their workday doing what matters: sessions, clinical planning, and follow-through. Youll provide telehealth therapy, create structured treatment plans, document care clearly, and help clients build practical tools they can use between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients across Colorado
• Perform intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing progress reviews
• Set treatment goals and select interventions that match client needs
• Document clinical notes and updates in the EHR within required timeframes
• Maintain ethical and legal standards for telehealth care
• Consult with clinical leadership or peers as needed for case support

Requirements

• Active Colorado license: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (in good standing)
• Masters degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, MFT, etc.)
• Strong documentation habits and comfort with technology
• Ability to work full-time during weekday business hours
