Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPC/LCSW)

Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000$120,000 per year
Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Summary

Youll provide remote therapy sessions to clients who need consistent, licensed carewithout weekend or evening hours. The work includes running sessions, identifying patterns and goals, teaching skills, tracking progress, and documenting each step so care stays organized and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions and maintain continuity of care
• Create treatment plans with clear goals and practical next steps
• Use evidence-based approaches appropriate to presenting concerns
• Track outcomes and adjust interventions as progress changes
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain client records
• Follow clinical and telehealth compliance standards, including safety steps

Requirements

• Active Colorado license: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (in good standing)
• Masters degree in a related clinical field
• Clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to adults and/or teens
• Ability to manage time, caseload flow, and documentation consistently
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with standard workflows
