Edify Home Preservation LLC is expanding! We are seeking skilled and experienced contractors to help maintain, protect, and preserve properties throughout Cleveland, OH (Cuyahoga County). If you take pride in high‑quality work and want consistent job volume with fair weekly pay, we want you on our team.

⁜ Position Summary

Work with national property preservation companies to ensure homes remain secure, compliant, and in conveyance-ready condition. Contractors must take before, during, and after photos, plus full property condition documentation.

⁜ Responsibilities Include

Removing debris, trash, and personal items
Performing lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance
Securing properties: lock changes, window boarding, door replacements
Winterizing plumbing to prevent cold-weather damage
Completing repairs: roofing, flooring, walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC
Conducting property inspections with detailed photos
Completing all work orders on time

⁜ Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to use standard tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Valid ABC/SSN/EIN
