Junior Architect

Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in industry-standard software and a strong foundation in architectural design, site planning, and presentation skills. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Support site planning efforts, ensuring designs align with project requirements and zoning regulations.
• Create visually compelling presentations and renderings for client meetings using Lumion and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine architectural detailing and ensure design accuracy.
• Contribute to project documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience in architectural design or a related role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and site planning principles.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing design deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards is a plus.
