Sky Werk Development, LLC seeks a Project Manager in Plantation, Florida and various unanticipated locations throughout the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Responsibilities to include: Oversee design and construction projects from concept through completion; Direct collaboration with clients, leading the design process, managing permitting and compliance, and coordinating construction execution; Ensure all phases of the project meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards while facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders; Collaborate with clients and internal design teams to define project scope and objectives; Manage permitting, zoning, and regulatory approval processes; Develop and track project schedules and budgets; Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and field teams; Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity goals; Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on track; and Maintain accurate documentation and manage project close out.Domestic travel to project sites located in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties (50% of the time). Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction related fields, plus 12 months of experience in job offered or related role (pre or post baccalaureate). As well as experience with the following: working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele; Managing projects from design through construction; Working with permitting, zoning regulations, and building codes; Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices; AutoCAD and Revit; Project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Buildertrend, or similar tools).
