Qualification- B.Tech/ M.Tech- Civil (Pass- out from tier 1 college - IIT/ NIT)

Experience - Min. 8+ yrs in residential and commercial project in (core construction management) , demonstrating successful projectcompletions (Utilize tools like MS Project or Primavera for efficient scheduling , planning etc...)

Salary - Upto 15 LPA

Mandatory Language - Kannada

Location - Bangalore

Age Limit - 40 to 45 only

Job Description

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Allocate resources effectively for labor, materials, and equipment.

Prepare project estimates and cost forecasts.

Monitor expenses to ensure the project stays within budget. Implement quality assurance standards.

Ensure adherence to construction codes, standards, and client expectations. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays. Sure projects comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.

Conduct site inspections to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

Generate detailed project completion reports.
