This welder job focuses on welding steel parts used to make farm and livestock equipment like gates, panels, fencing, and cattle feeders. You’ll be using MIG and flux-core welding on mostly thin steel, making sure everything is welded safely, correctly, and looks good. Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 4pm with occasional overtime on Fridays Night shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 2:30am with occasional overtime on Fridays Starting wage is $22 and goes up based on years of experience and weld test. Night shift has a $2 differential on top of the base wage.
