Pay Rate: $26$30/hour (starting wage, based on experience) + bonus opportunities

Ace Handyman Services is looking for a highly motivated and professional Craftsman/Carpenter with strong skills across multiple home service trades. If you're looking for a W2 position that gives you the flexibility of independent work while still being part of a winning team, this is the role for you.

We have consistent year-round work and plenty of projects to keep you busy.

Overview

This role is perfect for a skilled, dependable craftsman who takes pride in quality work, shows up professionally, and can confidently handle a wide range of residential repairs and remodeling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential handyman and remodeling projects with high-quality workmanship
• Perform carpentry work including trim and finishing tasks
• Work with tile, drywall, painting, and general home repairs
• Perform light plumbing and light electrical work when needed
• Wrap fascia/trim and work with metal brake tools as required
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
• Manage your tasks independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in home services, residential remodeling, and multiple home services trades
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check if hired
• Own reliable work vehicle (truck or van)
• Skilled carpenter with experience braking metal for fascia/trim wrapping
• Strong general handyman abilities (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, tile, painting)
• Professional, punctual, and focused on quality
• Great communicator and problem-solver
• Someone who enjoys working independently AND being part of a winning team

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus!
