As a Day Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cleaning and maintenance in designated areas.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine inspections of the site, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as necessary.
• Collaborate with facility management to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
