As the Store Manager at Fitness Sports, you will play a crucial role in shaping the store's success by focusing on culture building and coaching our staff. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around solving problems, creating a positive work environment, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Building:

• Cultivate a positive work culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and engaged.

Staff Coaching and Development:
