Inventory Support Center AssociateInventory Support Center Associate plays a critical role in the store and/or venue assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for our fans by leading the warehouse effort. The Inventory Support Center Associate will drive results through effective communication and teambuilding.This position could be full or part-time depending on the specific needs of the property and will work a rotating schedule including days, nights, and rotating weekends.General Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouseOperate hydraulic pressing machinesCollaborate with the team to prioritize orders and ensure timely completionMaintain a clean and organized work area, including basic maintenance of pressing machinesFollow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environmentAble to work alone and team environmentOversee the entire inventory life cycle; including but not limited to processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise and restocking merchandiseEnsure procedures are executed within all aspects of inventory control as requiredSupport team store; ensure store orders are pulled within given timelineCoordinate delivery schedules with managementCommunicate expectations for assignments and projects to employees under your supervisionProvide training and assistance to new employees as requiredProvide feedback to associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of the work environmentEnsure OSHA compliancePerform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as requiredUnderstands Fanatics Values and how they relate to their roleEducation, Experience and RequirementsHigh School graduate or equivalentExecute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe mannerMaintain a clean & safe environmentClean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be requiredForklift certification per OSHA standard is a plusProven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work extended hours on game days and during eventsJob Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPossess a fun, outgoing, confident, professional demeanorAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and a strong sense of precision in garment pressingAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standardsStrong organizational skills to prioritize orders and meet deadlinesPrior management experience preferredAbility to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teamAbility to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist in the face of obstaclesAbility to represent Fanatics/League/Team Values and standardsAvailable to work varied shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shiftsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Demands:Regularly required to sit stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as neededMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Game Day scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements (rainy, windy, cold, high temperatures, etc.) if assigned location is outside of the shopThe wage rate for this position is $15.97-$18.10/Hour, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
