Program Manager- Real Estate IT Projects Fremont, CA/ Tualatin, OR

Pay rate- $50/hr on W2 + Benefits
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives supporting Real Estate projects across multiple business units, towers, and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management experience across infrastructure, network, security, and enterprise IT services.

This role requires hands-on program leadership, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and the ability to drive execution across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of Real Estate IT projects in collaboration with Network, Security, Site Support, UC teams, and external vendors
  • Manage multiple concurrent IT projects and program roadmaps
  • Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk management
  • Drive alignment between IT teams, Operations, and Business Units
  • Oversee IT deliverables including network setup, firewall configurations, MS Teams/O365 setup, and infrastructure coordination
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks; provide regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Facilitate vendor selection and manage third-party relationships
  • Support business case development and stakeholder requirement gathering
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and IT governance processes
  • Drive continuous process improvement and corrective action planning
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs/projects
  • Strong experience supporting Real Estate IT initiatives (Network, Security/Firewall, Site Support, MS Teams setup)
  • Solid understanding of core IT technologies (Infrastructure, Monitoring, ServiceNow, Network)
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira
  • PMP certification preferred
