We have an immediate need for a Senior Data Analyst based in Charlotte, NC, USA, supporting a high-impact data and analytics initiative within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze large datasets, generate meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision making across key operational areas.

In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, writing advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries, and leveraging modern analytics tools to extract, transform, and interpret business data. The professional will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, build analytical workflows, and develop reports and insights that help drive strategic and operational decisions. The role also involves working with tools such as Alteryx to automate data processing and support advanced analytics initiatives. The candidate will interact with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and help translate business problems into analytical solutions. Experience in financial services or banking environments will be beneficial in understanding data patterns, compliance expectations, and operational reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SQL query development, Alteryx workflows, and data analysis techniques while also demonstrating the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of Python for data analysis, experience supporting business analysis activities, and familiarity with enterprise data environments will further strengthen the candidate's profile.
