About the Role

Wereseekinga reliable and detail-orientedPorterto helpmaintainthe cleanliness and appearance of ahigh-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exteriorcommon areasand plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean andmaintaincommon areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas

• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping,trashand recycling removal

• Assistwith groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter

• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled

• Reportmaintenance or safety concernstomanagement

• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Previousporter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
