Responsibilities: Recent bank client experience (5 yrs Guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices, and develop their understanding of Agile principles. Qualifications: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre Planning/ Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs. Help the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforce the agreements. Skills: Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team.
