Admissions Support: Assist in streamlining and optimizing admissions processes.
Accreditation and Compliance: Support school efforts to maintain accreditation status and comply with regulatory requirements, including preparation of necessary documentation and reports.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to the development of implementation of quality assurance initiatives to improve business results.
Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate onboarding processes for students and faculty to align with school policies.
System Support: Manage and troubleshoot Student Information System, and Learning Management Systems to optimize results.
Workflow Automation: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and (link removed) to automate and improve processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support student services and school goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related, with 12 months experience as Operations Manager in Post-Secondary School. Experience to include compliance with government regulatory requirements, HubSpot (CRM) and Orbund (SIS) systems management.
