A Level II Trauma Center in Central California is looking for a hospitalist to join 12 other physicians on the 7a-7p shift. Shifts scheduled in blocks - 3 days minimum, with no cap. Average of 16 shifts/month. Average patients/day with 2-3 discharges/shift. (split between 2 physicians). Annual bonuses. Base per shift competitive. Additional bonuses also offered.
