Strategically plans, executes and optimizes paid advertising programs across various digital channels to maximize return on advertising dollars. Leads and executes SEM and social strategies for clients across healthcare, real estate and higher education industry verticals. Develops digital strategies to support and achieve client business objectives across channels including Google/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Analyzes performance data, provides intelligent insights, and recommends appropriate action plans for optimizations. Stewards assigned digital campaigns, including optimizations, troubleshooting and reporting. Executes tests, collects and analyzes date, and identifies trends and insights. Mentors and develops training to elevate team expertise related to best practices, platform innovations, and performance optimization strategies. Develops and refines processes, workflows, and automation strategies to improve search and social campaign execution, reporting accuracy and overall operational efficiency. Maintains an ongoing knowledge of innovations, theories, and practices pertaining to digital media while understanding the dynamics of the digital ecosystem and how channels work together. Pulls competitive data or media research to assist in strategic campaign planning. Oversees account-level billing and budget pacing, ensuring accurate financial tracking and alignment with client agreements and media investments. Communicates with clients/ internal teams on all campaign elements, including planning, performance, creative, project status, and client goals. Maintains an ongoing knowledge of innovations, theories and practices pertaining to digital media while understanding the dynamics of the digital ecosystem and how channels work together. Manages multi-platform campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. Understands technical requirements, including specs and pixels with the ability to communicate with appropriate team members for implementation and troubleshooting. Keeps apprised of clients’ brands/ products/ services/ marketing developments and relevant industry news.
