Roles & Responsibilities

• Good experience with SAP Ariba along with MM
• Working knowlege of SAP Hana
• Manage end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate procurement needs into SAP Ariba solutions
• Provide expertise in Ariba integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC), including master data, transactional data, and workflow processes
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with procurement and finance teams
• Customize and optimize Ariba workflows and templates to match business processes and compliance needs
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Ariba-related issues
• Monitor and improve supplier onboarding and sourcing event execution through Ariba Network
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, procurement, finance) to drive process improvements
• Keep up to date with SAP Ariba updates and best practices and provide recommendations for enhancements
