Project Manager / Lead Financial Consultant- Remote Opportunity Location: Cleveland, OH (work is primarily remote, with some site visits possible). Duration: Long term contract Candidates who can work independently are more preferred. Must have: Leadership role; responsible for client interface and project delivery. Must show prior success managing airport finance consulting engagements. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience (within past 10 years) in airport financial consulting Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for airports Experience with FAA Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs), grant administration, or AIP funding Familiarity with airport capital improvement financing (Terminal Modernization Programs preferred) Prior involvement in airport bond issuances, feasibility studies, or rate setting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (must interact with Airport Director and finance leadership) Eligible/authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Experience with large hub or medium hub airports Knowledge of airport concession revenue strategies Familiarity with Cleveland Hopkins (CLE) or similar airport operations Experience coordinating with FAA and city governments
