Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports and dashboards
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and management
Develop and maintain reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy
Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Prior experience in business analysis or data analytics roles
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing
