We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Engineer to join our team in Cypress, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation inintegration, validation, and lifecycle management of complex aerospace propulsion or power systems, ensuring they meet customer and regulatory requirements across safety-critical applications.

What You'll Do:

• Define and managesystem requirements, architectures, and interfaces
  
• Performsystem-level integration and verification/validation (V&V)
  
• Supportdesign reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis
  
• Work across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing)
  
• Ensure compliance withair worthiness and regulatory standards
  
• Support product lifecycle:
  
  • Concept design testing production in-service support
    
• Use systems tools (e.g.Model-Based Systems Engineering MBSE, SysML)

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in:
  
  • Mechanical Engineering
    
  • Aerospace Engineering
    
  • Systems Engineering
    
• ~15+ years of experience (varies by level)
  
• U.S. citizenship / permanent residency (defense programs requirement)

• Preferred Qualifications
  

  • Experience with:
    
    • Gas turbine engines / aerospace systems
      
    • Requirements tools (DOORS, Cameo, etc.)
      
    • MBSE / SysML
      
    • Reliability, safety, or certification processes
      
  • Familiarity with:
    
    • DO-178 / DO-254 / ARP4754(aerospace standards)
      
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
