Our client is seeking a Bilingual Regional Operations Manager that will oversee their daily operations across multiple light-industrial sites in the region, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and strong customer relationships. This role requires frequent travel to facilities (up to 50%), strong people and process leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with front-line staff, customers, and vendors.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the day-to-day tactical operations of a Light Industrial Staffing firm

  • Providing exceptional support directly 3 branches located in Indiana and Kansas and potentially supporting other locations in other states

  • Acting as the direct liaison between the corporate office and branches for systems + facilities

  • Developing Operations and Recruiting strategy, including planning, execution, and support

  • As the SME of our ATS, this individual will create, iterate, and implement SOPs and best practices to ensure data quality and efficiency

  • Accountable for each Branchs performance holding weekly/monthly Accountability Calls

  • Working with the rest of the Executive Team to allocate Job Board assets and set budgets

  • Ensuring all job orders are filled and that they have high levels of visibility and communication with all clients

  • Guiding and developing internal staff on a variety of staffing, customer service, recruiting, and best practices to enable them to advance within the organization

  • Motivating, evaluating, and developing branch employees through training and mentorship

  • Partner with sales and partners on leads, pricing, and proposals on a daily and weekly basis

  • Help to drive continued and strategic growth of branch in the market

  • Travel regularly (up to 50%of the time) to on-site facilities to provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and oversight.

  • Other duties as needed


Qualifications:


  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (verbal and written)

  • Must reside in Greater Indianapolis area

  • Willing and able to travel approximately 50% for site visits and customer meetings

  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in Light Industrial environments

  • Proven experience managing multiple sites or regional operations and leading site leaders/supervisors

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in light industrial settings.

  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies and operational metrics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

  • Success managing a $30+ million region/company and directly responsible for contributing to the revenue growth. Must be able to communicate how you had a direct impact on growing the overall revenue.
