At Our Martial Arts Academy, we dont just teach martial arts we help people build confidence, discipline, and strength that changes their lives.

Were looking for someone who can be the first impression, the motivator, and the guide for new and current students.
If you enjoy connecting with people, inspiring others, and being part of a high-energy environment this role is for you.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll play a key role in helping people take that first step and stick with it:
Call and text new leads to schedule their first class
Follow up with trial students to help them get started
Reconnect with past leads and invite them back in
Reach out to current students to keep them engaged and consistent
Handle membership enrollments and renewals
Support merchandise sales
Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits
Create a welcoming, high-energy front desk experience
