Remote Opportunity

We are expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and communicating clearly.

In this position, you will work with members who have requested information about available benefit programs. Your role is to walk them through the process, answer general questions, and make sure they feel supported from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for contacting members, confirming their information, setting appointments, conducting virtual conversations, assisting with online forms, and following up when needed.
