This group has seen very little turnover in their decades long history, pride themselves on providing top quality patient care in a large, multiple award winning state-of-the-art setting and is only adding a member now due to expansion. Constant overlapping physician coverage and excellent specialty back-up keep the department running smoothly and the physicians enjoy a moderate pace of practice under two patients per hour. Shifts are mostly 9 hours, EPIC EMR, all shifts have scribes and with the vast majority of overnights already covered by dedicated night doctors!Provider satisfaction is extremely high here. The group has deep ties to the hospital, a very collegial relationship with the specialists and are very stable.
