What You'll Do

As a Remote Vacation Support Specialist, you'll:

Assist clients with vacation planning, travel questions, and booking support
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
Coordinate itineraries and help ensure a smooth travel experience
Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Participate in online training, supplier webinars, and team development sessions
Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates
