Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
8 10+ years of progressive business development experience within the AEC industry.
Strong understanding of AEC delivery methods, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated success developing and advancing strategic business opportunities.
Proven ability to develop and sustain long term client and partner relationships.
Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with firm leadership and teams.
Strong proficiency with business productivity tools, presentation software, and design or marketing support platforms.
