Position: Construction Manager

Work Location: 530 Highland Station Dr., Suite #4002, Suwanee, GA 30024

Job Duties:

• Review mechanical construction activities, project progress, and field operations to evaluate compliance with company procedures, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project procedures and operational plans to improve mechanical construction workflow efficiency, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
• Plan and coordinate construction schedules, material deliveries, mechanical subcontractor activities, and inspection requirements to support timely completion of commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, subcontractor cost tracking reports, and construction budget estimates.
• Coordinate and oversee mechanical construction activities associated with HVAC systems, MEP coordination, interior build-out work, and commercial renovation projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a closely related engineering or technical field.
