Redhawk Renovations is hiring experienced independent maintenance technicians/handymen in the Nashville area for ongoing residential service requests and property maintenance work.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and recurring work opportunities through property management companies.
Compensation is paid per completed work order/project and typically averages $30 $40+ per hour equivalent depending on experience, quality, communication, and speed.

Typical work includes:
Service requests
Minor plumbing repairs
Drywall and paint touch-ups
Door and lock repairs
Garbage disposals
Fixture replacements
Punch list items
Turn/make-ready maintenance
General handyman repairs

Requirements:
Must have your own truck/vehicle
Must have your own tools
Must have smartphone and be comfortable using apps/photos
Must be reliable and responsive
Must communicate professionally with tenants and office staff
Must be comfortable working in occupied homes
Must be able to take before/after photos and notes
Must be able to handle recurring maintenance service requests and occasional turnover/make-ready projects
Prior maintenance or property management experience preferred

Preferred:
Insured contractors
Apartment maintenance experience
Ability to handle multiple work orders weekly
