Pay & Benefits

• $190 per day starting pay
• Paid training
• $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days
• $1/stop bonus after 140 stops
• Health insurance, 401(k) match & PTO
• Company vehicle & uniforms provided

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days/week
• Weekend availability required
• Start: 8:30 AM until route completion

Key Responsibilities

• Safely complete package delivery routes (avg. 130 stops/day)
• Inspect delivery vehicle before/after routes
• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Use GPS and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Lift up to 150 lbs and work in all weather
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
• No CDL required
