Plumbing License Holder (Qualifying Agent – Hands-Off)
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 per month About the Opportunity
A growing residential plumbing company in the Alpharetta, Georgia area is seeking a Georgia Master Plumber to serve as its Qualifying Agent/License Holder(link removed) This is a primarily hands-off consulting position ideal for a licensed professional looking to generate supplemental income without the demands of day-to-day field work. The company has an experienced management team and licensed plumbing professionals in the field. They are seeking a qualified individual to provide licensing support, ensure compliance with state and local regulations, and be available for occasional consultation as needed. Responsibilities
Serve as the company's designated Georgia Master Plumber and Qualifying Agent.
Maintain licensing compliance with all applicable state and local requirements.
Provide occasional technical guidance and consultation to company leadership.
Assist with permitting or licensing questions when necessary.
Ensure the company operates in accordance with Georgia plumbing regulations.
Be available for periodic meetings or phone consultations as needed.
Support business growth while maintaining professional licensing standards.
Qualifications
Active Georgia Master Plumber License in good standing.
Eligible to serve as the company's Qualifying Agent.
Thorough knowledge of Georgia plumbing codes and licensing requirements.
Strong professional reputation and commitment to ethical business practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in residential plumbing preferred.
Must not currently be serving as the qualifying agent for another plumbing contractor if prohibited by Georgia licensing regulations.
