About the Opportunity
A leading food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Food Product Development Supervisor to lead new product development initiatives and supervise a talented Research & Development team. This position offers the opportunity to bring innovative food products from concept to commercialization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Product Development and R&D team.
Manage new product development projects from concept through commercial production.
Develop and improve food formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
Partner with Quality, Production, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
Food product development or food manufacturing R&D experience
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food formulation and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and project management skills

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 $100,000 per year (DOE)
