About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Attorney to take full ownership of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while advocating for clients during some of the most critical moments in their lives.

You will play a key role in case strategy, litigation execution, and client outcomes-working closely with a collaborative team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload across all phases of personal injury litigation.
  • Conduct detailed case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Handle law and motion practice, including opposing motions for summary judgment.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality client communication and case updates.
  • Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the relevant state.
  • 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, legal procedures, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving favorable case outcomes.
  • Experience drafting legal briefs and providing strategic legal advice.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Why Join Us:

  • This is more than just a litigation role-it's an opportunity to elevate your career in a high-performance, purpose-driven environment.
  • Handle High-Impact Cases: Work on meaningful, high-value personal injury matters where your expertise directly impacts clients' lives.
  • Autonomy with Support: Manage your own caseload while being backed by a strong, collaborative legal team.
  • Growth-Oriented Culture: Be part of an organization that values continuous learning, professional development, and long-term career growth.
  • Performance-Driven Environment: Join a team that is focused on results, accountability, and delivering excellence at every stage of litigation.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Be part of a firm that prioritizes exceptional client experiences and strong advocacy.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
  • 12 paid holidays annually.
  • 10 days of paid vacation annually.
  • 6 days of sick leave annually.
  • Medical insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company match.
  • Training and continuing education budget.
  • Regular team events and firm-sponsored activities.
  • Laptop replacement every 3 years (with ownership after replacement cycle).
