This position will be responsible for managing Tissue Services in North America according to the overall Tissue Business Line (TM SER) strategy. Tissue services include Mill Site Services, Roll Services, Spare parts and Capital after market. The focus is to provide effective sales support, project execution and customer service for the Tissue Customers and mills in the Region. The primary objective is to grow TM SER Service sales in the region that meet TM SER profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
