Position Details (Field Service Engineer)Location: Phoenix, AZPay: $3540/hr+ (based on experience)Schedule: Compressed work week (front half / back half)Shifts: Days and nights available, 12-hour shiftsEnvironment: Cleanroom setting requiring PPE and adherence to strict safety protocolsTravel: Minimal mostly just for trainingJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sitesConduct preventive maintenance and system diagnostics to minimize downtime and improve tool performanceTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsReplace defective components and ensure proper system functionalitySupport equipment relocations, upgrades, and process improvementsWork in confined cleanroom environments while following all safety and compliance standardsCollaborate with senior engineers for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolutionMaintain accurate service documentation, reports, and system updatesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the company professionallyParticipate in on-the-job training (OJT) and continuous learning to stay current on equipment and processesExecute assigned tasks with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
