ResponsibilitiesLeads category strategy development for raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend, supported by spend analysis, supplier segmentation, and market/risk assessments.Serves as the primary liaison for key suppliers, supporting new product launches, supplier setup, and ongoing relationship management.Implements and optimizes systemsincluding NetSuite, supplier management tools, ticketing workflows, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365to streamline purchasing operations.Develops and enhances analytics capabilities such as Power BI reporting, supplier performance tracking, diversity reporting, and drygoods monitoring.Drives departmental administration through coaching, team development, SOP documentation, organizational improvements, and staffing planning.Manages crossfunctional projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain efficiency, IT transformation, process redesign, and operational problemsolving.QualificationsFood manufacturing experience in raw materialsStrong background in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations across industrial and manufacturing sectors.Proven record in vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and supplier performance management.Experienced in strategic sourcing, contract management, and ERP systems (SAP-certified trainer).Salary: $80k + Quarterly bonusAsk for: Aarti Manchanda
